Individual Master File (IMF)
|
Individual Master File (IMF) -- This short document is
a detailed description of an actual IMF. We walk through it line by line, analysing each and every entry of
importance, and a number of entries of lesser importance. As you read this document, you will be amazed at the
errors in this IMF and what they mean. And you will find that almost all of the errors in this IMF are probably
in your IMF. This will amaze you, shock you, and probably anger you. If you have not completed our IMF Program,
you will definitely want to read this. And when you do, you will find yourself reading it over and over again.

IRS 6209 Manual |
IRS 6209 Manual -- This very large book of more than 500 pages
is the manual that federal law requires the IRS to publish in order to decode your Individual Master File and other files.
Difficult to read and understand (it was written by the IRS, after all...), it is essential for any individual who wants to
understand the data in his or her Individual Master File. We have created "bookmarks" as well as highlighted almost every
section that you would need to decode the typical IMF. Remember, the info in this manual was not written by IRx Solutions
personnel; it was written by the IRS. So this is authoritative and the data must be viewed as accurate. You can assure
yourself that our "IMF decode" is accurate if it says what we claim it says. Loading it will take a few moments, but you must
have this manual. This is the 2010 version.

Constitution for the United States of America |
Constitution of the United States of America -- This great Document is
The LAW for these united States of America. Any federal law or activity not consistent with
The LAW is unconstitutional. The LAW was written to limit the federal government and to
assure freedom for the People and the States. Read it again -- you need to. We cannot hold our government
accountable to The LAW unless we know it well.

| Not Yours To Give |
Not Yours To Give -- Davey Crocket. A quote from one of Tennessee's greatest
contributions to our federal government. In this article, US Representative Davey Crocket tells of a stern
lesson he received from a constituent about the unconstitutional appropriation of money. The experience
changed Crocket's political life, and made him one of the most Constitutional representatives in our history.
Probably the best discussion of the principles of constitutional appropriations I have ever read.

| Introduction to Taxes |
An Introduction to the so-called federal Income Tax And Why Some Claim They Don’t Have To Pay It
-- Dave Miner. This is a brief article, maybe 11 pages, specifically written to help people explain the simple basics of the
income tax issues. If you know someone who is open to hearing why you are crazy enough to question and even resist the the
traditional views and beliefs about the income tax, then this article just might help them learn about these sometimes
threatening issues in the quiet of their own home. Don't try to teach them everything you have learned - it probably took you
years to learn it and you are foolish to expect them to understand it all and believe it all in one day. Give them this
article and leave them alone for a few days. Then call them up to answer any questions they might have. They must learn
things on their own, as a result of their studies. You can't argue it into them. So relax, and use this tool.

| U.S. v. Lopez |
U.S. v. Lopez -- Every once in a long while, the US Supreme Court
comes out with a monumental case, one which has the potential to impact on virtually every life in America.
In my opinion, this is one of those decisions. The Lopez case claims Congress has no jurisdiction over gun
ownership and gun possession. Further, it claims that the Constitution gives the federal government no
authority for a federal police force of any type. Now We The People need to hold our Congress
accountable to this decision!

| A Notice of Levy is NOT a Levy! |
A Notice of Levy is NOT a Levy! --
Every day banks and employers receive a document from the IRS claiming that the
bank or employer must confiscate a specific amount of money and send it to the
IRS. This Form 668-A or Form 668-W is acted upon by that bank or employer as
if it is a legal document and obeyed without question. In fact, these two
documents have no legal authority behind them at all. Not because the IRS has
no authority to levy the accounts and paychecks of individual Americans, which
it does not, but because these documents themselves are legally defective
instruments. And it is the responsibility of the banks and employers to assure
that these documents are legally perfected before acting on them. This is a
legal treatise that explains the legal issues involved in detail. Not light
reading, but essential for those facing the reality of losing their money to
the IRS. Read this several times. Hand it to your bank or employer BEFORE you
have any problems. And clearly give it to them when they illegally follow the
fraudulent instructions of the IRS.

Federal Jurisdiction Within the Several States |
Federal Jurisdiction Within the Several States-- A powerful article
about what the Constitution declares is the degree of federal authority within the 50 States. Most Patriots
believe that the Constitution limits the fed govt but the Congress tries to ignore this and the Courts allow
the fed govt to do anything it wants within the States. Absolutely Wrong! The US Supreme Court has given
Patriots every tool possible to limit the govt but we are ignorant of these tools. You want to end fed gun
laws? Read this article. You want to limit fed involvement in law enforcement activities within the States?
Read this article. You want to stop the Homeland Security Act cold? Read this article. YOU CAN MAKE A
DIFFERENCE! Read this article by author and speaker David L. Miner.

Essays on the Constitution and the Federal Government |
Essays on the Constitution and the Federal Government-- This is a series of editorials
that David L. Miner wrote for a conservative newsletter. The series begins with anarchy and its source, and
examines why America was founded as a Republic, where rights actually come from, and if you can't do it, can
the federal government? Read, download and distribute. You will like these essays!

Patriotism or Nationalism -- The Aftermath of 09/11 |
Patriotism or Nationalism -- The Aftermath of 09/11--
This is the text of a speech delivered by David L. Miner to the Political Science Department of the
University of Tennessee at its Free Speech Forum. The presentation discusses the difference between Patriotism
and Nationalism, suggesting that most Americans are not Patriotic at all, but Nationalistic. The presentation
gives a brief review of the steps America has taken to be converted from the Constitutional Republic created
by the Founding Fathers to the socialistic democracy America has become. These steps included the
Reconstruction Acts, the "New Deal," and the Homeland Security Act, each step being a direct attack on the
Constitution. You need to read this speech! It will give you some excellent points to make in your
next discussion with a blind and sleeping American.

TAX ANSWERS The IRS Doesn't Want You To Have -- By David L. Miner. This book has been
described by many readers as the clearest and most
understandable presentation of these issues they have ever seen. Well written, it covers constitutional
taxation, the Internal Revenue Code (IRC), how the IRS can get away with it, and what you can do about it.
Includes a list of additional books and materials available from many other authors, and how to get them,
plus a specific, step-by-step plan to get the IRS to help you research these important issues. This will
load the first chapter, with other notes.

The Christian's Response to Political Activism |
The Christian's Response to Political Activism -- by David L. Miner. This essay examines
the biblical concepts of submission to governments and rulers. What does the Bible say? What does "submission" really mean? Did
God expect Christians to submit to Nero? to Hitler? to Clinton? to Obama? Don't read this essay unless you are willing to think.
And if you ARE willing to think, you will definitely want to read this!

An Essay on
the Proper Social Environment for America to Grow and Prosper -- |
A conversation that actually occurred by email between David L. Miner and another Patriot on
Constitutional "social policy" that balances conscience, the Bible, and
the Constitution. The norm in America is to clump all those concerned with freedom and the Constitution into a category
labeled "uncaring and selfish." But perhaps we should consider those in the other category, the "caring and unselfish"
category, as traitors and enemies of the State. After all, if the Constitution doesn't allow it and a group pushes for
legislation to do it anyway, isn't that sedition?

Questions to Ask The IRS -- |
This is the text of a letter I wrote to the IRS (I think it was the District Director of the Atlanta
Service Center) way back in 1991 when I was still studying the so-called income tax issues, and then again in 1995 when
I was more sure of myself. I had done enough research to think I knew the so-called income tax laws well enough to realize
that I was not personally and individually required to file a return or pay income taxes. Yet I was still nervous enough
about it that I wanted to get the IRS to admit or deny certain claims that I believed to be fact. Some excellent references
here, people. You probably want to add the court cases referenced in this letter to your library. Download the letter and study
it. And feel free to use it in any constructive way you want.
